Duties & Responsibilities :

• Find and select the best vendors/suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability
• Manage the procurement process: create purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and ensure completeness of documents
• Submit purchase approvals
• Ensure the company’s needs that must be purchased
• Understand the needs and receive requests from Customers
• Maintain and maintain relationships with Suppliers
• Ensure the condition of the goods purchased when receiving the Goods and inspection
• Conduct periodic Supplier performance evaluations

Criteria :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from various disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Understand the process of purchasing goods/services, purchasing goods/services, contract negotiation
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
• Careful, detailed, and able to manage many vendors at once
• Able to use SAP or computer applications, at least Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Honest, responsible, and have a professional attitude
• Good English skills

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Coordinate product quality control from raw materials to finished products, ensuring that each stage of production meets the established quality standards
• Prepare and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control
• Conduct internal audits to ensure the quality control process runs effectively
• Manage quality standard documentation, including test and audit reports
• Prepare periodic reports for management regarding product quality performance and status
• Ensure all products produced are by established standards
• Record findings of nonconformities and prepare improvement plans

Criteria :

• Minimum education in S1 Industrial Engineering or other relevant majors
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in the field of Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Understand quality standards such as ISO 9001 or other standards
• Having the ability to analyze, audit, and investigate quality problems
• Able to create SOPs or inspection reports
• Detailed, responsible, and high accuracy toward quality standards
• Able to use computer applications, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for QA/QC reports
• Communicative and able to work together across departments

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Prepare regular stock reports and ensure accurate stock records
• Responsible for storing all purchases
• Arrange the issuance of storage requests from the requesting department, according to existing SOPs
• Recalculate the number of goods received according to purchase orders and delivery notes
• Ensure goods are stored in good condition and protected from damage
• Ensure availability of goods according to request and minimize shortages or excess stock
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the warehouse so that it is always neat, safe, and orderly

Criteria :

• Minimum education of high school/vocational school, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from various disciplines
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the position of StoreKeeper or related section (logistics, warehouse, or inventory)
• Have an active SIM A or B
• Able to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or transport equipment (if necessary).
• Understand the basics of inventory management and stock management
• Skilled in organizing goods and preparing stock reports
• Mastering the delivery and receipt of goods according to procedures
• Careful, neat, and organized in working
• Able to work individually or in a team
